Narayanan is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Graduate member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.  With a diverse background of education and 25+ years of  work experience in Textiles & Apparel, Engineering, Cement, Trading and Catering & Hotel Management industries, he comes with good exposure and expertise of application knowledge.

S. NAVANEETHAKRISHNAN., B.A., B.L.,

Navaneethakrishnan is an advocate from Madras Law College and he has been practicing in  High Court at Chennai in its Writ, Original, Appellate side Jurisdiction since 1975.  He used to appear in cases before Central Administrative Tribunal and D.R.T cases. His 34 years of experience includes handling cases in Company,  Insurance and Central Excise Laws.

S. JANAKIRAMAN  B.Com., M.B.A.,  A.C.A.,

Janakiraman is an MBA from Madras University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has work experience of with a CA firm for more than 3 and Half years.   Prior to CA firm, he was working with M/s Tata Consultancy Services and M/s Tata Honeywell for about three and half years.  He has practical exposure of working in Oracle ERP and currently is a Partner in KRN & Co Chartered Accountants since July 2010.   He has scored All India 4th in Indirect taxes paper and has interest in writing many books of academic interest.

VENKATRAMAN RAMAKRISHNAN VISHNU

Vishnu holds CISSP, PMP, CEH, MCSD, MCSE+I, MCDBA, CCNA and multiple vendor neutral certifications and comes with a 20+ years of  IT industry experience, serving in various capacities as a Network Manager and Software Project Manager. With a strong development experience, Vishnu guides through several projects successfully through his experience in planning and management.Currently he is pursuing law (LLB) full time and working on setting up a Legal Process Outsourcing Unit along with leading Indian Lawyers.

CHITRA VENKATRAMAN B.Com., D.C.S.E

Chitra  holds diploma in computer science and engineering (DCSE) with 15+ years of industry experience. She is an internationally qualified  search engine optimization expert and a graphic designer. Her expertise includes using Adobe Creative Suites, Open Source Consulting for Web Projects and Microsoft Expression Blend.
